1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Inspi.me ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Inspi.me provides users with tools to browse, generate, and share UI component designs. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges).

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1. Subscription Plans
We offer several subscription plans (Free, Pro, and Premier) with varying features and generation limits. Detailed descriptions of these plans and their pricing are available on our Upgrade page. Prices are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, as selected by you.

3.2. Credits and Usage
Our service operates on a credit system. Each generation request costs 10 credits and produces a set of 3 distinct component variations. This means for every 10 credits deducted, you receive 3 generated results.

3.3. Cancellation and Access
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your access to paid features and plan benefits will continue until the end of your current paid billing period. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription on the 1st of the month and cancel on the 8th, you will retain access and benefits until the end of that monthly cycle.

3.4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Polar.

4. User Conduct

You agree to not use the Service to:

  • Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
  • Harm minors in any way.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on this Service, including the design, text, graphics, and interfaces, is the property of Inspi.me or its licensors. However, users typically retain rights to the specific content they generate or upload, subject to a license granted to Inspi.me to display and operate the service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Inspi.me expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
